The environment of the school (physical, social, emotional, and behavioral) will be safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning:
• At least 90% of students will feel connected and have a sense of belonging to our school environment.
• At least 95% of students will report that they feel supported by Madison staff.
• Referrals for harassment/disrespect will decrease by 5% annually.
• 100% of Madison staff members will make efforts to support students emotionally and behaviorally.
