Focus and Scope

Pena: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra accepts research manuscripts that are not published in other journals, besides that the Pen accepts high-quality research manuscripts, and is produced from quantitative, qualitative, or mixed research methodologies related to teaching Language and literature, and Language research and Malay satra which covers fields: teaching, learning, language and literature curriculum development, education and language policy.

Pena will not accept research articles or manuscripts submitted for publication elsewhere.

Pena does not publish book reviews, program evaluations or research articles that only explain programs, courses, or personal experiences. All submitted research articles are written in Indonesian or English, for abstracts in Indonesian must be included in English.
